The photo in the top banner of all pages at the left above is the wedding picture of Wiley Denton Crouch and Nancy Darr, it was taken at or shortly after their wedding which was on 30 Oct 1881 in Dallas, Texas.
The main photo on this welcome page shows Isaac W. Kitchen on the stump in front of his Lovelock Hotel. This photo was taken about 1894 in Lovelock, CA. Beyond the hotel is his store, with a dance hall upstairs. The store building also housed his saloon, butcher shop, and the post office. Six of the Kitchen children and their mother are near the stump at right. From the left they are Louise, Mrs. Kitchen holding baby George, Oscar and Ida May on the stump, then Isaac and Warren.
As you look through this site you will find that currently living people will not have their names or information shown. You will only see the word “Living” in place of their name. If you are a member of the family you may request a user account with a password. I will review that request and, if I can confirm who you are, I can then give you permission to see details of the living members of our family when you are logged in. This data base is partitioned in 16 different branches of the family. Users that log in can still only see information for living people that are in the same branch. This is done for your protection. In making your request please give me enough information for me to be able to determine where you fit within the family.
